BECOMING A RESIDENT...
Residents of Hidden Hills are proud homeowners. They rent the land on which their homes sit, and are also provided with water service, sewer service, garbage removal, and road maintenance. Property taxes are included in the land rent. Almost all homes have paved driveways. Residents receive the above services, and they also take on the responsibility of following the Hidden Hills Rules (Found here). To begin the process of moving to Hidden Hills, click here.
