Is Hidden Hills a trailer park?

No.  Trailers haul cattle and beer. People live in manufactured homes.  Hidden Hills is a manufactured home community, in fact it is CNY's SUPERIOR community.

What does lot rent include?

Water and sewer service, garbage removal, property taxes, and road maintenance.  Most homes have a paved driveway.

How are the homes heated?

We give priority on the home sites to people who purchase homes from us.  If you'd like to be added to the waiting list to bring your home in, please let us know.

What happens when I want to move from Hidden Hills?

If you want to sell your home, your options range from most desirable to least:

1) Sell your home yourself using signs and online listings.  This works well for most people.

2) Pay a commission to have us sell it for you, or you can use a real estate agent.

3) Sell it to us at a wholesale price.  This is only advisable for people who want to move very quickly and want absolutely no hassle related to the sale.

Yes, founded in 1979 by Walter Shute and his son Craig as Parc du Bois, Hidden Hills is now run by the second and third generations of owners, Dale Shute and his son Craig.
